CLIA Certified Laboratory Testing
The CICCD offers CLIA waived drug testing (self-pay only), all performed at the Center. This rapid screening test will provide preliminary results. It includes the following:
- COVID-19 Antigen: $35
- Urine pregnancy: $20
- Streptococcus A and B: $35
- Influenza: $45
- Blood Glucose: $20
- Urine Lipstick: $15
- Fecal Occult Blood (Screening): $20
- Fecal Occult Blood (Diagnostic): $25
- Blood Glucose Monitoring: $20
- PT/INR: $45
Results and Reporting
Lab results are typically available within 24–48 hours, depending on the specific test. All results are delivered securely and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Client confidentiality is of utmost importance. All services are provided in compliance with HIPAA guidelines to ensure your personal health information is protected.
Billing
All services provided by Chicago Instruction Center for Career Development, LLC (including lab testing, blood collection site, DOT and non-DOT, CLIA Waived Testing, etc.) are currently SELF PAY ONLY. We do not accept any form of insurance at this time.
Payment Due at Time of Service:
Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment. No services will be rendered without payment.
Non-Refundable Services:
All payments for services rendered are non-refundable. If a client fails to show up for a scheduled mobile or in-office appointment without notice, a service fee may apply.
